  • Bills payment/ Merchant payment using QR code:
    Now you can pay for airline tickets, cable & Internet subscription, electricity and perform QR code for merchant payments on the go and in a few seconds.

  • ATM/Merchant Locator:
    Wondering where the nearest ATM is? Use the locator to detect the nearest ATM to you. Also use the locator to check for the nearest POS merchant.

  • Chat with us:
    Do you have a feedback, enquiry, dispute or suggestion? Chat with an Agent via our live chat from your app. Yes, we are that much closer to you.

  • Cardless Withdrawal:
    Need quick cash or out of cash and have no ATM card? With the app, you can search for the closest Sterling Bank Automated Teller Machine (ATM) and withdraw cash without a card.

  • Mobile Money Offerings:

All individual current & savings account and sole-signatory corporates (SMEs) are eligible.

Please ensure your mobile number and active debit card (Verve/Mastercard) are linked to your Bank Account number.

Kindly download the app from the Google PlayStore or AppStore, click Sign-up > Sign-up with Sterling Bank > Bank.

Beneficiaries are saved after a successful transaction by clicking "add to favourites". To retrieve the list of beneficiaries, click on the favourite icon (star icon) at the bottom of the welcome page.

The following supporting documents are required to complete the account opening process:

  • Savings account: N500,000 per transaction and N500,000 daily limit for interbank (Sterling to other Banks) transactions. 1 Million Naira per transaction & 5 Million Naira daily limit for intrabank (Sterling to Sterling).
  • Personal Current: 1 Million Naira per transaction & 5 Million Naira daily limit. (Irrespective of the beneficiary Bank).

Yes you can perform a self-upgrade to link bank account even if you previously registered for wallet services.

This means the mobile number registered is NOT the same as the one linked to the account on the core banking application. Kindly contact the branch to update mobile number on the core banking application with the one customer is using to access the mobile app.
